Its going to be supplying a large buildup of modern navy, air and land mlitary to deal with China Europe Northpole Middleeast USAfags that Russia can't deal with now and has made a commitment to stand and fight for what is right in their mind so only Russian steel will do for that (China undercutting and USA iron pellets aren't going to stop the need for military buildup in Russia.

Even then, they're sure to import steel for building tall buildings which MTL can't meet all demands. And selling Coal for China even though NG pipeline still needed to feed that industrial might.

While China has well known to work with Russia on positing against the USA Bush telling them what should be done... et cetera. Putin still knows the problem of Chinese crossing border like Mexicans in US taking over country as he pointed out over a decade ago comparing Americans taking over Texas that way worried about Chinese doing that to Russia (at least those areas closest to... I just saw a show on cable TV showing a Russian family the dad was clearly a Chinese immigrant/refugee speaking Russian.

Looking at last few years the 2.4 price/share US is about it... but I think a big increase in production and sales in MTL. (since you asked)
