It has no bottom until they stop diluting. They create their bottoms via reverse splits. So even from .10 - unless they manipulate it up - it can lose 95%. This is precisely what it has done its entire history.

E.g., It is at $1. Then it bleeds to .10. Then they R/S 1:10. So it is $1 again (but still .10 in real money on your platform as your shares diminish by the same multiple). Then it bleeds to .10. This said, if/when they manipulate it up, you can catch a second leg. But trying to guess a first leg is where everyone is killed. Because even .10 can go to .05 before the 1:10 R/S to $1. And that R/S decreases the PPS in actuality, as the R/S itself is sold.
