Colorado SOS has not yet updated system-Will have to wait till later today to see if merger of Fuzz. N Buzz Brands, Inc in to Central Wireless Shell via the FNB sub merger. The surviving entitty would be Fuzz N Buzz Brands,Inc. and the Central Wireless would be gone. Once completed the new entity would be time stamped and files with colorado SOS and sent to all the necessary regulatory bodies including FINRA. Finra then updates their system once filter down to them providing they have all they asked for. The CEO said by after the a holidays in JULY. So that's the time frame ATM provided by the company. Could be tomorrow could be end of month.
