Mr. Fan please keep up the transparity amd consistency of fullfillng promises. This will be absultely necessary to get beyond the pinkies. This isn't a pink sheet stock.

Please restructure that brain dead balance sheet. I'm guessing some of the debt holders can be converted if they see the planand it starts to get executed. Things can look better quicker than you think.

This is a gay network, but don't become completely gay. Heed the analogy in "North Dallas Forty". I'm very uncomfortable about the response ( subscription #'s/revenue ) from the gay community.

Look forward to seeing the TMM statements. Flush it through, and clean it up. The market will reward your eforts.
