Think this could go to no bid in a few months and then R/S? I'd say at this point it's 50/50 with those odds getting worse as each week passes.

I'm not sure you and HHHG got this one all figured out as well as you think you do. And quite frankly, I'd be more optimistic if you started telling everyone Russ isn't returning or taking your calls; then maybe something truly might be happening here.
