I know how level ll works. It is very thin. 8's 9's and even 0.0015's can get eaten up in a single trading day sending this baby to gap up big the following day. Market makers do have a big control over stocks like these, however, when there is big real money volume there ain't much they can do, they aren't in control. The traders are.
