With the share structure on this, with 'pumps' or 'news' it doesn't even uptic, or only goes up around .0002. That's hardly what I call "going up as fast" as it went down. This isn't some magic stock, look at the rest of them doing the same thing. Dilution to .0001 then reverse split, lose more money, repeat. It's common sense.
