Ibird33, the price of the stock means a lot. Let's say any news in the future ignites the PPS and it pops to a few dollars, then what. An offer is more likely going to be higher.

So to think the BOD don't care about the share price is beyond ridiculous. Yeah, that's just what every shareholder of all companies want to hear.

If you or anyone does what I have suggested before and to tell their friends about this stock and the PPS scares them away. To this day, even when they hear about what's going on, they still won't buy it.
