Between now and then, It seems possible that Big Pharma could come knocking at their door for a partnership or license?

Not only is this extremely unlikely, should it happen, the terms would be poor and unfavorable for STSI and its investors. Mullan wouldn't sacrifice so much at such an early stage...

With most of the efficacy proof already demonstrated, their strong point of safety vs other drugs should stand out.

I don't think Pharma is considering any of the existing data at all. But if they were, they wouldn't be attaching much credibility to it. It is possible it is on a BP's watch list for possible disruptive breakthroughs, but they wouldn't admit it yet. That is why real clinical data is so important.
