I hope you're right.

I like to try to talk myself down so I don't get disappointed. I aim to anticipate the worst scenarios, so I can foresee the various ways this would play out (within the realm of the probable - there is no accounting for certain eventualities). I am under the impression that July 31 is not a hard date for decisions - but indeed, it couldn't be before the end of August that they need to decide. If they extended the lease, I wonder how that would impact the share price.
