Agreed there is no global lock , only some brokers refuse to trade because the dtc shut it down right before big promotion. It's all 2 common but it happens . Look for this stock to reach 5 cents by July end ! Why did the dtc do this ? To stop the stock manipulation that's it. IMO. This stock was heavily trade in the last Drew months , some shares went missing according to my research , there looking for them .
