NASCAR needs some new people in there to make better decisions...like before things happen like this.....that's why they have sooo many commercials....as it stands right now, they have to sell a Bazillion ultra cheap Ads just to keep going............Hey NASCAR, how about Rain Tires and windshield wipers....duh...the fans already bought the tickets, are sitting there, waiting for the race to start....
