It could be in my opinion licensing exchange since the RL patent is published they cam do so. Its not uncommon to see it

Streamtrack uses the admarvel platform and opera gets licensing rights to the pending ad algorithm patent, therefore both companies can use each others advantages to monetize there current platforms without having to dip into cash or into share. A win win for both. Just my Opinion but seems like a realistic plan.
I personally believe that streamtrack will be bought out by q2 2014 if the platform is a success under the admarvel structure
