While you can't help but feel for the employees who were laid off, you can appreciate the intense focus on making Longaberger profitable by reducing debt, reigning in expenses, etc. Recently, I have been watching that show on CNBC - The Profit - and I can't help but see some similarities with how Rochon and team are seeking to turn good companies that aren't profitable into great companies that are. Of course, time will tell, and proof will be in the pudding - namely when CVSL is able to demonstrate at least a positive earning per share. I am long - so will be here to see how this plays out.
