Flem There will be money coming back to the shareholders/creditors.Matt Orwig the trustee has about 1.4 mil, Olsham paid 3 mil to settle the suite against them with the trust received 2 mill after expenses.The criminal trial ended Thursday and Steven Aquano the US Attorney General said that the plane,boat,and other stuff seized will be returned to the shareholders/creditors. ( my guess 1 to 1.5 mil.). Dave Oberfeld has 3 mil.of which he is holding to destroy 80,0000 cases of mortage files that are no longer needed. D.O. also has received a full year of dist /money can't tell what that amount is.Whatever we get thru D.O. gets about 35% of the total after everything.The Trusts are winding down and the money that the bad guys were wanting so bad is showing up in all these Certs,once again can't put a figure on it but it is a lot.
