The Google excuse didn't pop up until April of this year.

It certainly wasn't in effect in January when Foley outright stated that 15,000 NP-1s were in the retail channel.

He lied about that. Folks should ask him why he did.

The only conceivable answer is that it was a convenient lie in order to sell stock.

I sure can't think of a better explanation.
