more politically friendly environment to launch it's new green technology



If the product works (which I highly doubt) then TC will want as many as they can get their hands on as fast as they can. STWA will not be manufacturing these as they don't have the skills or manpower. Politics has nothing to do with this decision if the product works. TC has plenty of lines all over to place this product.
