Considering that Vince is supposed to be gone, this is being run just like Vince's other 3 share selling schemes were, have been and continue to be run right down to the RS and yes even the AS reduction has been done by Vince after a RS. Eventually the AS is increased "by written consent" and "the beat goes on."
