I'm not sure what other parts of the contract you are talking about that you think would be important for us to know about. If you are concerned about being able to issue a press release with TransCanada's name in it, I believe that will be allowed at the conclusion of a successful test along with some generalities about the test. If the test is unsuccessful we will hear about it in an 8K. Just my guess.
