If the management dumped 10 Billion shares, they were sold at a higher PPS...which would have made them a lot more money than the present PPS.

He could buy back the shares, especially at such a lower PPS, show that he is a man of honor and integrity, and he could show confidence in the shareholders that have believed in him and the company...that's IF he wants to do the honorable and right thing.

For example, the Company would be able to buy back, and retire, 33,333,333 shares for only $10,000 dollars. A $100,000 investment would buy back 3.3 billion shares...which means that it would only take $300,000 of real money to buy back the entire 10 billion shares dumped at a higher PPS - even if that many shares have been dumped by the company...AT A MUCH HIGHER PPS.

And, if Jorge could buy back those shares at less than .0003 it would be even cheaper for the company. Also, a creative CEO could find $300,000...especially when the company could be much higher valued with a smaller, more honest share structure.

I have never been able to understand it, but usually, due to criminal intents to rob investors, it too often is pre-planned by the company, and it is easier for the company CEO to dump the present investors with a R/S, let them gripe for a while, and start over with new investors. That is not fun, as most of us have been bag holders when this has occurred.

A R/S is the easiest route for the company to take - IT IS WRONG AND JORGE SHOULD SHAKE HIMSELF AND STAND UP FOR THE INVESTORS AND DO THE RIGHT THING.

So my suggestion to the leadership is to grow some kahones, take some of the money that has been earned by the selling of treasury AS/OS shares of the company and buy back a majority of those shares...which will be a good show of honest intent to be loyal to investors who have stayed faithful, through ALL the questionable selling practices... The CEO can either show criminal intent with his decision, and do a R/S, or he can show good leadership, commit to buy back the shares that has already made him money, and build a company with loyal investors. It's an easy, no-brainer decision Jorge... All JMHO, of course, FWIW

DO THE RIGHT THING, JORGE...AND MAKE SOME HONEST MONEY...
