Nice link to SEC filing. That came from REDG not Lin. Here is an example of a subsequent SEC filing disclosure.

"We have not reached any final agreement with any licensee, and there can be no guarantee that we will be able to license such properties for any specific product-type on favorable terms, if at all."


Notice the subsequent disclosures or Benny's response when specifically asked 1) if there were any written licensing agreements and 2) why Lin has not acknowledged the above on their website or through other means?
