More like old BULLSHIP. Had the exact same "news" (story) been filed on a 8-K form (8-K= An event likely to have a material impact on business results) it could even be considered as a PROSECUTABLE FRAUD.

So, in the absence of a supporting 8-K, this "old story" in it's entirety is a total fictional BS story, as supported by management's own discretionary view, and therefore NEVER had any chance to have any material impact on TADF's future or operations.

Of coarse this old fairy tale BS story is in stark contrast to the very real administrative remedies that the SEC is currently and rightfully pursuing AGAINST TADF.
