Assuming this "POS" is still around in three years, the $1.5M interest will have a -$1.5M / $55M OS = -$0.03 impact on the PPS. Ouch! That hurts.

If NNVC makes a partnership/license deal in three years, I will go out on a limp and say that the impact on the PPS will be greater than 3 cents.
