USTC doing an IPO w/ Licensed Grower.

" July 2, 2014 -- MJ Update. We have an excellent opportunity with a licensed medical grower that wishes to go public. We will essentially be doing an IPO for them in the form of a spin-off. This will occur over the next 90- 120 days, the period our lawyer estimates will be needed for regulatory compliance. We'll do a formal news release once the paperwork is in order, likely late next week. It will include a stock dividend to all holders of USTC. "
