If an acquisition were to have happened this past week, the acquiring company would have put out an announcement. IMHO, probably news will be no agreement could of been reached. Therefore, maybe a licensing agreement of some sorts. If so, I anticipate the PPS continuing to fall. Presenting more buying opportunity. You can do the math on the true market cap with the projected revenue.

Although these patent (s) are suppose to have billions of dollars in value, YOU MUST HAVE SOMEONE WILLING TO PAY THAT PRICE! And apparently, if no buyout is announced, there currently isn't a company will to do so, at this time. That would be fact. Not to say, it won't happen but, we're into July, then it'll be the end of the year before you know it.

And yeah, to me, it's pretty rude, not to address this before the holiday weekend. Nonsense that it's done to support the stock price. I thought some said management doesn't care about the stock price? Lol
