Most likely a move to free up shares..... PHRX is and has always been in good standing with SEC.
Mackie is back on top in charge, ask yourself if that makes sense that he would be back if he was in so much trouble.
Same old stories being told with no proof to back it up by a troll that makes the rounds here and other boards. Lawsuit was settled we all saw proof of that!
Ask yourself why most brokers will let you sell but not buy?
I was told by my broker lack of availabilty not because any violations or crimes committed.
Hang tuff longs, don't be discourage, and try to load the cheapies if you can!
