This company flys or crashes if phase 2 isn't completed. That is all I'm going to say. Baltia if you notice doesn't give dates they give months these guess things will be accomplished.. So again I wouldn't jump the gun and say this will take off this year as they are still unsure when this thing will take off. Early 2015 or late 2015 as I've said.
