Per the last audit TEMN operates under the disclosure that the entity controls less than $10mill in assets with less than 500 shareholders making it currently exempt from common registration requirements.

In other words, anything we get by way of press release is from the good graces of Pierce and Co. Nothing is on the docket until mid August.

My advice is to go to work, get a hobby ... take up fly tying or something ... If the progress of this story is so all consuming that you need constant reassurances that you arent going to enjoy a windfall.

Pierce is solid, his wings are still wet but his objectives are determined. Last Sept. There was nothing cooking here. It was a tragic foregone conclusion. Now there are imminently pending product releases, press and advertising coming around.
