If I may, what makes you so sure the scenario will play out like this? (LOI, $1+ billion & Royalties ..paid by x number of annual payments)

I would think that there is a possibility that this might be burdensome to some shareholders who might be looking to immediately "cash-in" and "cash-out" on the success of their risk.

Any of your thoughts on this type of outcome and how it benefits shareholders is greatly appreciated.
