Been busy boys! did I have turkeys at my last post? Lol...

Picked up a 4" and 6" cheese press, going to do goats milk cheddar starting tomorrow! Hope it works! Lol...

Also found a local cattle dairy that will sell me a 3 day old bull for $85 Ea. going to get one in the morning, and I wasn't going to do cows based on the high price Lol...

Another week or so and its wild berry jam canning time as well. Summer this year is getting so fun at my little farm.
