You'll be able to get in again don't worry.. I sold as well at high 2s and bought at 0.0080 trick is not to be greedy when others are greedy and patience when others are greedy. Fact is as much PR baltia is putting out they are still raising money for the company.. Its only so much PR they can release till people realize the hype is over and they are still in the process of raising money or worst taking till October to finnish maintenance which with this company can happen that is the risk with penny stocks that we all take.
