Fannie Mae Preferred S (FNMAS)

Handed the book in, but I am dealing with "proofs" of the various chapters and various details. They've sent me the proof of the first five chapters so far. Still need to do the Preface also. But, basically the publishers are getting it formatted and so on. I have office space in Portland, ME and will be coming into the office a few days per week (20 minute ferry ride).

Its surprisingly relaxing out there even though its not far away.
