This company will always pop then go back down unless it can pass phase 2 and that's just facts. Me personally I won't buy Baltia past 2 cents based on this fact. In regards to maintenance I've seen airlines complete that in as little as 2 weeks and Baltia been working on it for double that 2-3 months but that's another topic in itself.
