$$$ ANAS $$$ Share Buy Back?

Trying to connect some dots...try to follow if you want...constructive criticism and ideas welcomed too?

May be that I am reading into it too much, but from what i discern, they either are, have been, or are continuing to buy back stock in the open market. From reading the Tweets, PRs, 10K, Letters, etc...it appears that they had some money in hand prior to becoming ANAS. They were 150K in debt and that debt was bought out by Eastlight Enterprises and Globe Idol Capital...who took $75K each. Then on January 15, 2014 another 10K was borrowed from each of the debt companies...making a total debt of $170K. I am sure some of that went into purchasing Alternaturals, INC, and probably some into Manufacturing and production costs...didn't find that out in my reading?

However, in just about every Tweet/PR, Manny states that they have the Money and the Means to start buying back. On the May 22nd PR, they stated "Plan to start Sometime Next Week"...to me, that means that they planned to start...not started. Maybe that is when they first looked into how to buy back on the open market? May 22nd is also the day we hit 256 Million shares traded... Since then, we have averaged around 15-25 Million give or take...for numbers sake I will say 20 Million average.

With the strict regulations on buying back shares on the open market, no more than 25% of the average trade can be bought back at a time. What I am unsure about is whether that is the average for the Month, Week, Day, or trading cycle? But either way...25% or 20 Million shares is only 5 Million shares per day...again Average.

Since they said next week...lets assume the 29th...7 days later. We have had exactly 25 trading days including the 29th of May.
25 Days...Times 5 Mil per day...Equals...125 Million shares possibly bought back and Canceled/Retired. Probably not going to make a differnece in the PPS considering there are 2.4Billion Issued and Outstanding.

Now if they get to the 1/3rd total...eventually, it may make a difference because they will take more than 600 Million from the Issued and outstanding.

But as mentioned it will take as long or as short as necessary...and without taking on more debt...they will have to count on revenue from sales to make this happen. Revenue and the Total Traded volume to increase.

Sure the Lower PPS is more attractive to buy back shares, but with lower volumes, they can only buy back smaller blocks. So, it is a catch 22 in the process....AS LONG OR SHORT AS IT TAKES???

I don't think Manny or Chris want this PPS to keep shrinking either...especially when they themselves are "Share Holders".
Just be patient and wait for the 10Q to come out by mid August to get an update on the numbers...Who knows, we may get that explosive PR before then too?

PR: GRANDVILLE, Mich., May 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alternaturals, Inc. (OTCPink : ANAS) today announced that it has plans to begin buying back shares in the open market in order to increase shareholder value and position the company as either a favorable acquisition target, or for listing on a reporting market in the future. However, senior management vows not to reverse split the company.

"We decided right from the start not to reverse split the company because it would hurt the existing shareholders who purchased equity under the previous business model," said the company CEO, Emmanuel Gyamfi, who went on to say, "For that reason, we have to be diligent about using a more organic share reduction strategy, including buying back as many shares as we can in the open market and cancelling them completely. I was very hesitant about setting up a share re-purchase program because it seems like every pink sheet company with a large number of outstanding shares says the same thing, but in our case, we actually do what we say we will, and we have the ability to do it without raising more money, so it only makes sense."

The company wants to make sure that the share structure is attractive to larger firms looking for an acquisition, in the event that becomes the best route to take. The company also wants to be ready for listing on a fully reporting market by the end of the year as a longer-term plan. Since the venture has only recently been launched in the public market, that end game could go either way, and senior management has planned for several strategies since the beginning. The company made sure there was enough initial investment on the table to acquire shares in the market without having to do secondary funding, at least until the company was in a position to turn away any types of money that would be detrimental to the company's short and long-term value. Alternaturals has no plans to acquire more debt or do any "shortcut financing", so share structure was one of the first concerns when putting the original deal together.

Letter to Shareholders May 7, 2014...Another issue everyone seems to be fixated on is that of the “buyback” program announced
recently. We were advised to make our PR disclosure narrow in scope and we did, but I can tell you that we have the money and means to trim our outstanding shares down by 1/3 or more. This will take as long (or short) a period as the market allows, and I plan to be aggressive. Will this help the stock price? I don’t know. This market is based mostly on speculation and until we move up to the OTCQB and then the QX, as is planned for later this year; the share price may not reflect the company’s true value.

The one point that I want to drive home is that we do not benefit in any way by anyone selling stock. We are not interested in selling stock, and nothing we say or do is aimed at making it
easier for anyone to sell stock
. We are focused on our business and while the shares price is of great interest to me, it does not effect any of us financially, so there should be no worry of
“dumping”, or “Selling” by us, or by anyone we know.

PR: GRANDVILLE, Mich., May 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alternaturals, Inc. (OTCPink : ANAS)...So what's next for Alternaturals? The company plans to start buying back shares sometime next week in an attempt to decrease the number of outstanding shares, and the next two products in its alternative healthcare line are also primed for release. Mr. Gyamfi says he is extremely anxious to begin getting into more detail about distribution and manufacturing deals that are already set up, and he hopes to have some realistic financial projections prepared soon as well so the public can really see where the company is headed. Most importantly Mr. Gyamfi wants everyone to watch for future releases because they will be getting more and more exciting in the coming weeks.

In My Honest Opinion Of Course!
Long ANAS!
