Legal Proceedings

I have been sat watching this stock for a while, hoping Continental Rail would allow me to unload some shares.
Having read through the S1 that was filed, I picked up on the legl proceedings. After some searching on the internet, I found this link.Seems this is a lot more serious than management have let on.

Also, I have found out this week, that the motion to dismiss by the defendents has been denied. So unless a settlement is reached this is going to court, and nothing will be happening with this stock for at least a year.
