WHY WONT THEY LET THIS GO???! What is the conspiracy here?? I dont understand...

Shares are getting swallowed up here and keep hitting the ask over and over... but they STILL wont let this go? WHY?

They keep stacking the ask with more and more shares... why is this so hard to let go up??? Anyone?
