Is PPHM a publicly traded company? Yes

Do we as shareholders have the right to be kept apprised of current company operations? Yes

Okay these are two simple questions and the responsibility of the CEO of any publicly traded company is to increase shareholder value, while adequately communicating with the street and the shareholders.

We are now in our 3 month without any news and I can only assume two things are about to unfold:

1.) One the long awaited partnership(s) or buy out as the silence is deafening.

2.) We have run into an obstacle or issue with Bavi in some area.

#1 seems most likely, but at this point I don't know what to feel as 2 1/2 months with basically no communications is ridiculous for a publicly traded company. You only see this kind of silence in companies that are pure crap and/or restructuring to save its existence. Really makes zero sense to go this long without a peep.

Well heading out for a few days and probably won't post, so I know several of you will be glad about that situation. Happy 4th to everyone and lets hope next week finally releases a bit of the anticipated news we have been waiting on.
