Apologies if this is "super-silly" question...and has already been discussed.
(There's much I don't understand on this board.)

But could these news releases be timed to mask buying from new interested ME parties, such as friends and family, etc.?

It seems as though we are not sure who initiated the newsletter campaign?
Either LBSR did or someone else?? Not sure why others would initiate such an extensive campaign... Ideas?

Not sure how JV partnerships work. (Obviously new to investing.)

Nevertheless, believing that LBSR has the goods.
