of course GMN this could mean that they are sticklers for all the companies recently try to go offshore again to dodge the taxman...

frankly, it better pay taxes... OR HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

Punishment of this grand scheme/crime?
35 percent tax in advance for all dollars moved offshore...
