Up, I totally agree. He should focus here and get rid of the rest. To many pots on the stove allows for some to bubble over eventually.

Why would you pay shares to a company that has no involvement with Monster Arts? Starting a company in shares seems to be the mode here. If the company needs the money, they will have to sell those, thus more dillution for us and no benefit from this new company.
