I really don't think we do have the mmpr but now it's in two pieces of info. One of the emails I sent Mike he said they will submit documentation for the safe plans for biocell on June 25th and he believes that is the final step before the ready to build letter. I was going to email that to you. Anyway it makes me wonder. I email him enough someone else is going to have to.
