Absolutely...Hoping I get any sort of answer from IR. I emailed them asking for any details they could provide about assets and operations of We Three, LLC. There is a lot of money in the mobile home restoration/finance business. You can blast through one of those, with new flooring (get real nice floating flooring at lowes for $1/sf) and rehab them, sell them under owner finance with up to a 5 year loan, and end up with a 100% gain easy. If you own the park they sit in, even more profits to be made. I've done a few trailers that way, (not owning a park, but still).

They are digging up awesome profitable opportunities, and the fact that these companies are signing up, means this arrangement is attractive. I'm pumped, lots of value to come here...ground floor.
