Yes it is bothering me. Quite a lot in fact, as this is basically the only stock I track that hasn't participated in the market rally.

Just imagine where the share price might be without the last 30 million shares he has printed. And where will we be if he prints another 30 million after a reverse split. Honestly there seems to be no way to stop him.
