Since the announcement of Big Red I have consistently watched over the USPTO and haven't seen anything yet. I've searched under KBLB, Warwick Mills and just by Big Red itself.

Warwick mills has a bunch of trademarks but nothing really new. I would think there would be some kind of new registrations made for any new product types from Warwick, although most likely they will just preface their new products with Monster Silk, ie, Monster Silk(gloves), Monster Silk(Body Armor), Monster Silk (Protective Vest).

I think it's just a matter of time before we see a Big Red trademark filed and I feel it should move faster than the previous registrations with respect to KBLB having the ability to have a Specimen and Use Declared much sooner than the initial textile creation; Monster Silk/variety.
