My prediction. RS will go in effect. Share price should be about $0.05. PEII will have S1 approved and thus have funds available,if needed. PEII will report a potential 100 to 150 BOD. Income from oil will reduce need for S1 funds. Dilution will ebb and eventually stop. Share price was float to a value based on proven reserves and earnings per share. That is how it always works, provided of course we have competent management.
