Let me turn that question around, or pose the question I posed that you did not address.

Why would a company making $0.50 per share sell millions of shares for 40 cents per share?

If you say they can't borrow money please tell me another company in all history making this kind of money that can't borrow.

Let's face it there is no good reason they cannot borrow.
