Nothing "weird" about DE at all: it allows for more privacy as to who the directors are, real names and addresses kept from the public, you have to make a specific request; until this year NV allowed MORE privacy than other states but they have changed and now you can't keep as much private, it will appear in a public data base.

Among other things. I think tax benefits, costs of inc. are pretty similar. You used to be able to use a purchased address in NV as the "corp. address" but I think that's become more difficult if not prohibited.

Why keep your name private? Say you form an LLC to buy property but don't want anyone to find your address, used be celebrities but not just them, numerous reasons. To give one example.

Otherwise anyone could go to the County tax rolls and find out where your fave celeb lives; property tax records ID who owns it. As just one example. Others have reasons for privacy. Maybe divorce cases.

Is there a good reason for a publicly traded co. to go to DE for privacy reasons? Might that raise concerns among shareholders?
Not necessarily but if they moved from NV it's very interesting.

REGARDLESS: I like the MOMO here, with volume, we are going UP
