It is important to emphasize the following sentence in the press release:

"At this time, there are no other pending reexaminations for the patents asserted in the litigation."

It is now safe to conclude that the patent's validity issue should not be a concern to all. The only remainig concern is the legal issues to be decided by the CAFC.
