You are entitled to your opinion, as am I. This is what makes a market. People have different motivations. The engine of markets is private opinion. You think one way. I think another. You can mold your behavior to words and news and fundamentals I mold mine to price movement, mostly. The markets are a probabilistic ocean of uncertainty.

What's occurring right now is game theory. Human strategic interaction. One group verse another group. The power of the crowd watching the crowd. Pfizer thinks we will defect at a smaller price. We think Pfizer will defect, at some point. Or both parties agree to a compromise. Based on my charts, on the court transcripts, and the big picture. I'm speculating most unrealistic event occurring.
