...we had a battery of lawyers evaluate our options at this point............WE ARE LOCKED OUT...............no standing to do anything.....................other than a special investigative class action creation filing..................which will go nowhere and nowhere = HARVEY and kimmy/SEC...............the FDIC-R is likewise up against the BK WALL...........................

...so what does all this mean.....?????........ABSOLUTE UNCERTAINTY............we did not file an objection to the JPM declaration...............nor to the ITR.......?????.......the BAC claims are stalled in a NY state court but promise at least $15MM...............the D&O suit settlement is SEALED...........

...are we in AMERIKA....?????......definitely...........FASCISM 101........................
